Microsoft Teams
Post new feedback into a Teams channel via an incoming webhook.
Pro and above. Setup is a channel webhook URL.
Connect
Create an incoming webhook
In Teams, open the channel's ⋯ → Connectors (or Workflows, depending on your tenant's configuration) and add an Incoming Webhook. Name it "Annot8" and copy the generated URL.
Your tenant administrator may need to permit connectors before this option appears.
Paste it into Annot8
Integrations in the sidebar → Microsoft Teams → paste the URL → Connect, then Test.
Enable it per project
Project → Integrations → toggle Microsoft Teams on.
What gets posted
Every new thread on an enabled project posts a card with the project name, the author, the comment, and a link to the page.
Different channels per project
Teams doesn't support per-project overrides — the workspace connection posts to one channel. Under Project → Integrations you can turn Teams off for projects that shouldn't post there; for genuinely separate channels, use a webhook per project instead.
Troubleshooting
The Connectors option isn't there. Microsoft has been migrating tenants from Office 365 Connectors to Workflows. If Connectors is unavailable, create a Workflow from the "Post to a channel when a webhook request is received" template and use the URL it generates.
Nothing arrives. Check the integration's last-delivery status for the error. Teams webhook URLs are long and easy to truncate on copy — re-copy the whole thing.
