Four plans, per-seat pricing, and exactly what each limit means.
Annot8 is priced per seat, billed to the workspace. People who only leave feedback never consume a seat.

What the limits actually do
Retention is visibility, not deletion. Threads older than your window stop appearing in the inbox — the inbox tells you how many are hidden. Upgrading brings them back.
Hitting the monthly thread cap doesn't break anything. Existing threads stay readable. New threads pause until the next calendar month or until you upgrade.
Guest reviewers are counted as distinct people, per workspace. On the Free plan, the fourth distinct guest gets a clear message in the widget rather than a silent failure. Every paid plan makes them unlimited.
AI triage is metered per workspace per calendar month. Hitting the cap disables AI actions until the month rolls over; everything else keeps working.
Upgrading
Billing → Upgrade, choose the plan and the number of seats, and complete checkout. Payment is handled by Polar, our merchant of record.
Upgrades apply immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Managing your subscription
Billing shows your plan, seat usage, current usage against every limit, and a link to the hosted customer portal, where you can update your payment method, change your billing details, and download invoices.
Cancelling
Cancel from the customer portal. Access continues to the end of the period you've paid for; after that the workspace reverts to Free, with Free's limits.
Nothing is deleted on downgrade. Projects beyond the Free limit and threads outside the retention window become invisible rather than destroyed, and they come back if you upgrade again.
