Dashboard overview
How the dashboard is laid out, and where each thing lives.
The sidebar has two halves: workspace-level pages at the top, and your projects below, each expanding into its own set of pages.
Workspace
| Page | What's there |
|---|---|
| Home | Every project, with counts and recent activity |
| Team | Members, invitations, and roles |
| Integrations | Connect Slack, Linear, Jira, and the rest — once, for every project |
| Notifications | Your personal email, in-app, and push preferences |
| Account & privacy | Your identity, a data export, and account deletion |
| Settings | Workspace settings (admins and owners) |
| Billing | Plan, seats, usage, invoices (admins and owners) |
Members see the first five. Settings and Billing appear for admins and owners.
Project
Expanding a project reveals:
| Page | What's there |
|---|---|
| Inbox | Every thread, in list or Kanban view |
| My work | Threads assigned to you, unassigned, or in progress |
| Insights | 30-day volume, response times, and hot pages |
| Feedback | Hosted forms, questionnaires, and the public portal |
| Live chat | Visitor conversations, with settings and AI sub-pages (Pro) |
| Analytics | Real-time, funnels, events, pages, sources, devices (Pro) |
| Automations | Rules that fire on new threads and status changes |
| Labels | Labels and custom issue types |
| Integrations | Which workspace integrations are on for this project |
| Moderation | Reports on public portal content, when a portal exists |
| Settings | Installation, environments, configuration, features, appearance, danger zone |
Live chat and Analytics only appear in the sidebar once they're enabled in Settings → Features.
Switching workspaces
Use the selector at the top of the sidebar. Everything below it — projects, members, integrations, billing — belongs to the workspace you're currently in.
If a project you expected has vanished, the workspace selector is nearly always the answer.
Project settings
Six tabs under Project → Settings:
| Tab | Contains |
|---|---|
| Installation | The generated snippet, plus a prompt to hand to a coding agent |
| Environments | Hostname patterns that decide where the widget runs |
| Configuration | Project key, public feedback link, visitor audience, AI model |
| Features | Analytics, Live chat, and Show widget in production |
| Appearance | Colour, corner, launcher label, pin style |
| Danger zone | Delete the project |
Keyboard
| Shortcut | Action |
|---|---|
| Ctrl/Cmd + J | Open the AI assistant |
| Esc | Close the open panel, menu, or dialog |
In the inbox, right-click a thread for status, priority, type, assignee, labels, and tracker actions.
