What a seat is

A seat is a slot for one team member in a workspace — someone with dashboard access.

A seat is not consumed by:

• Guest reviewers — people who leave feedback through a public link without an account. Free allows 3 distinct guests; every paid plan makes them unlimited.
• Live chat visitors — people who message you through the widget.
• Portal users — people who post, vote, or comment on a public feedback portal.

That's the deliberate shape of the pricing: you pay for the people who triage feedback, not the people who give it.

How they're counted

Revoking a stale invitation frees its seat immediately.

Free plan

Three seats, fixed. Additional seats aren't available — upgrade to Pro.

Paid plans

Seats are purchased. Change the count in Billing → Team seats, then confirm.

• Adding seats is prorated for the remainder of the current period, and the seat is available immediately.
• Removing seats applies as a credit toward your next invoice.
• You can't reduce the count below your current members-plus-pending total. Remove members or revoke invitations first.

The billing page shows used against total, so you can see whether you're paying for seats nobody's in.

Cost

Monthly:  seats × $10   (Pro)   |  seats × $20   (Business)
Yearly:   seats × $8    (Pro)   |  seats × $16   (Business)   per seat per month

Enterprise has no seat minimum and is priced by arrangement.

Common questions

Keeping the count honest

• Review the member list when someone leaves the company — a departed teammate is a seat you're still paying for.
• Sweep pending invitations periodically. They're invisible in the member list but they're spending your seats.
• Anyone who only ever gives feedback should be a guest through a public link, not a member. That's free on every plan.
