Connect Annot8 with the tools your team already uses.

Available Integrations

Setting Up Integrations

1. Go to Integrations in the sidebar
2. Click on the integration you want to add
3. Follow the setup instructions
4. Test the connection

How It Works

When new feedback is received:

New Feedback → Annot8 → Integration → Your Tool

Integrations are triggered:

• When a new comment is created
• When a comment is resolved (configurable)
• When feedback is assigned (configurable)

Managing Integrations

View Connected

See all active integrations in the Integrations page.

Disconnect

Click Disconnect to remove an integration. This stops notifications but doesn't delete historical data.

Test

Click Test to send a test notification and verify the connection.

Per-Project Settings

Some integrations can be configured per-project:

• Different Slack channels per project
• Different Jira projects per Annot8 project
• Custom notification rules

To prevent spam, integrations have rate limits:

Troubleshooting

Not Receiving Notifications

1. Check integration is connected
2. Verify webhook URL is correct
3. Check integration logs in dashboard
4. Ensure rate limits aren't exceeded

Duplicate Notifications

1. Check you haven't connected twice
2. Verify only one integration type per channel
