Email Notifications

Get notified about new feedback directly in your inbox.

Setup

1. Go to Integrations in Annot8
2. Click Email
3. Enter the email address to receive notifications
4. Click Connect

Email Format

You'll receive beautifully formatted emails:

Subject: 💬 New feedback on Marketing Site

From: John Doe

"The pricing section is confusing. I can't tell what's 
included in each plan."

Configuration

Multiple Recipients

Add multiple email addresses to notify your entire team:

• team@company.com
• product@company.com

Digest Mode

Instead of instant notifications, receive a digest:

• Instant - Every feedback (default)
• Hourly - Hourly summary
• Daily - Daily digest
• Weekly - Weekly summary

Per-User Preferences

Each team member can control their own email preferences:

1. Go to Notifications in the sidebar
2. Configure which emails to receive:
   • New feedback
   • Replies
   • Mentions
   • Weekly digest

Email Types

Unsubscribing

Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email, or manage preferences in dashboard settings.

Troubleshooting

Not Receiving Emails

1. Check spam/junk folder
2. Verify email address is correct
3. Check email preferences in dashboard
4. Whitelist @annot8.app domain

Too Many Emails

1. Switch to digest mode
2. Disable specific notification types
3. Set up filters in your email client
