Discord
Post new feedback into a Discord channel via a channel webhook.
Pro and above. Setup is a channel webhook URL.
Connect
Create a channel webhook
In Discord, open the target channel's Edit Channel → Integrations →
Webhooks → New Webhook. Name it "Annot8", pick the channel, and Copy Webhook
URL. It looks like https://discord.com/api/webhooks/....
Creating webhooks requires the Manage Webhooks permission on that channel.
Paste it into Annot8
Integrations in the sidebar → Discord → paste the URL → Connect, then Test.
Enable it per project
Project → Integrations → toggle Discord on.
What gets posted
Every new thread on an enabled project posts a message with the project name, the author, the comment, and a link to the page.
Different channels per project
Discord doesn't support per-project overrides — the workspace connection posts to one channel. Under Project → Integrations you can turn Discord off for projects that shouldn't post there; for genuinely separate channels, use a webhook per project instead.
Troubleshooting
Nothing arrives. Discord webhooks are deleted along with their channel, and they're also revoked if someone removes them from the channel's Integrations panel. Check the last-delivery status on the integration, then recreate the webhook.
Rate limiting. Discord rate-limits webhooks per channel. A burst of feedback can be throttled — a dedicated channel with normal volume won't hit this.
