## October 2026 — Launch [#october-2026--launch]

  privacy defaults. Collection needs analytics enabled on the project *and*
  consent from your page
* **[Feedback portal](/docs/feedback/portal)**: visitors can follow posts and
  opt in to email updates, a public changelog, portal settings, and duplicate
  suggestions while someone writes a post
* **Forms**: start from a template, run NPS surveys, and read results in the
  dashboard
* **[Live chat](/docs/chat/overview)**: internal notes, saved replies, snooze,
  and email follow-ups for visitors who tick **Email me replies if I leave this
  page**
* **[Inbox](/docs/feedback/inbox)**: keyboard shortcuts, bulk actions, and
  quick filters
* **[Automations](/docs/feedback/automations)**: a new rule builder

* Clearer workspace and project settings
* Visitor-facing AI is fail-closed. Live chat AI replies and transcription of
  visitor media run only when the project's audience is confirmed as business
  users aged 18+ and the deployment enables visitor AI. AI your team uses in
  the dashboard is unaffected

## June 2026 — Widget 2.0 [#june-2026--widget-20]

* Redesigned widget with **Home**, **Messages**, and **Feedback** tabs
* **Live chat** (**Pro**): visitors message your team from the widget, with
  typing indicators, read receipts, ratings, and AI-drafted replies for your
  team. AI auto-replies to visitors
  run only when the project's audience is confirmed as business users aged 18+
  and visitor AI is enabled on the deployment
* **Appearance** settings — brand colour, corner, and launcher label, configured
  in the dashboard with no redeploy

* Light, dark, and auto themes following the visitor's OS preference
* Hardened iframe isolation: host CSS can't break the widget, and the widget
  never touches your styles
* Faster SPA navigation detection, with no per-mutation cost on busy pages

  ratings
