# Annot8 documentation

Learn how to install Annot8, collect visual website feedback and bug reports, manage live chat, and connect your team’s tools.

Annot8 puts a comment layer on top of your site. A reviewer clicks the thing
that's wrong, types a sentence, and you get a thread anchored to that DOM
element — with the page URL, viewport, browser, console errors, and failed
network requests already attached.

It installs as one script tag. There is no SDK to wire up, no rebuild, and no
browser extension for your reviewers.
